Chi Alpha Campus Ministries

Campus Student Lead

Role Overview

This role focused on Chi Alpha’s core motto: find, feed, and fight. The ministry’s mission is to share the gospel and reach students on Missouri State’s campus. I worked alongside staff and the ministry director to make disciples and help grow the ministry while reaching students during a formative season of life. I also participated in leadership trainings and meetings while serving in a student leadership role, and helped strengthen the ministry’s media presence by capturing and editing content that reflected campus life and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently attended large group gatherings and leadership meetings

  • Led a small group while discipling and mentoring students within the ministry

  • Maintained a strong personal spiritual foundation to lead effectively and with integrity

  • Provided regular updates and accountability to ministry leaders regarding group engagement and development

  • Supported and helped lead large ministry events, encouraging new students to get involved and grow within the community
